Who we are
1AYM is an enterprise AI and platform consultancy, based in Stoke‑on‑Trent in the UK. We are the data controller for this site. For anything relating to this notice, contact tayyeb@1aym.com.
What we collect
Analytics. Vercel Analytics and PostHog collect aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to understand how the site is used.
Contact. This site has no contact form. If you email us, we use what you send solely to respond. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy notice.
Lawful basis
We process this data under legitimate interest: understanding how the site is used and responding to the enquiries you send us.
Retention
Email enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any engagement that follows. Analytics data is retained per the providers' standard retention periods.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, and to object to its processing. Email tayyeb@1aym.com and we will act on it.
Third parties
Data passes through Vercel (hosting and analytics), PostHog, and Cal.com (booking). Some of these providers process data outside the UK under their standard contractual safeguards. No data is sold to anyone.
